I have bought all my ATVs, and Suv at Wheels, Inc. I have been always satisfied with the management, sales, service, parts and accessory departments. Recently, I bought a older snowmobile from a private party that had some large issues. John in service and Justin in parts treated me better than what I deserved. There was parts ordered for the snowmobile and I had decided to stop putting monies into this snowmobile. Wheels, Inc. had every right to charge me for the parts even though the repair order was stopped. They treated me so good, I will only recommend Wheels, Inc. to anyone that I talk to about recreational vehicles. I have learned a valuable lesson in don't buy from personal parties but rather go to Wheels and talk to sales and have the confidence that the vehicle whether New or Used has been professionally inspected and will preform for me. Took my old 1997 Polaris XLT sled in for service because it was hard to start. Asked to get the carbs cleaned and serviced for the season. Staff was very helpful and explained everything they were planning to do and understood that I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on an older sled, but they did what was necessary to get it tuned up. Very happy with the service and will be buying my next newer sled there. Thanks.

My wife and i have bought our motorcycles exclusively from Wheels since 1989 and have been very satisfied with the sales staff, management and service department. If we've ever had an issue, we have always been able to talk to someone and get things straightened out. The way Wheels cares for their customers is pretty incredible. One time, we broke down (factory mess-up!) over 100 miles away in South Dakota on a Friday evening coming home from the Black Hills. Bruce got his wife to come home from bowling to watch their kids and he jumped in his Wheels pickup and came and got both us and the bike! How many folks can say they get service like that from their motorcycle dealer?
